CONDITIONING AND DEDICATION The coaches are going to do their very best to provide you with quality training with the amount of time available to us. However, there is no substitution for the 10% beyond 100% - you know, the 110% thing! Make up your mind early in the season if you are ready to do your very best. I want my time and the time of my coaches to be spent with people that are in the 110% category. Those athletes will get the most attention!
I’m excited about the upcoming season! I think it is going to be a terrific season with a great balance of seasoned upper classmen and an eager and able under classmen group getting ready to take the reins and keep this program healthy long into the future. |
